As for Erica swimming with sharks, well either that daughter of mine has had a change of character beyond recognition or it will not happen! You have to realise you are talking about someone who would not even watch sharks swimming around in an aquarium as they might just decide that she was a too attractive option for a meal and burst through the glass - and this includes the normally friendlier non-meat eating variety. (Yes, we all know it would not in any case be a very substantial meal, but sharks have not got very good eye sight). So now all you have to do my dear is to prove me wrong… Have a wonderful time you two, and no Michael and I would not at all want to swap places with you either!

You're going off to sunny paradise while I'm stuck here with boring exam preparations in the cold sludgy snow. :( Hope you have an excellent trip, just remember to post frequent blog-updates, so we know you haven't been eaten by sharks, or bitten by poisonous spiders or something. Oh, and Mark totally agrees that you should swim with sharks, but then he'd hate you forever, because he's never got to do that. So very, very jealous.
